This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”) and it’s services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how and when Postfity collects, uses and shares Postfity Data when you use the Services.

The Services by their nature allow our customers to connect their accounts through the APIs of our various Supported Platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google…) and any applications developed by third parties that Postfity does not own or control (“Third-Party Apps”) that our customers choose to access.  This Privacy Policy does not cover any information or other content you can view via the Services on Supported Platforms (but which was not posted there using the Services) or information you provide to Third-Party Apps accessed via the Services.

Payment is being done via PayPal account or credit cards (handled with If users resign from service, no further charges will take place. Users can resign from subscription at any time.

Payments are not required when using free account type.

Usage of upgraded accounts on this site requires personal data processing of a client in the following matter: first name and last name, e-mail, billing address. Data will be processed by Websee located in Poland, Wroclaw at Drzewieckiego 19/31, zip code: 54-129, VAT: 8942570003 (Postfity’s owner) in a way that is crucial to agree on a contract, as well as its fulfillment. Transaction data, in that personal data, can be transferred for the benefit of PayLane Sp. z o.o. located in Gdańsk at Arkońska 6/A3, zip code: 80-387, KRS: 0000227278, on the terms that it will beneficial on in service connected to order payments. A client has the right to see the content of his data and any corrections made to it. Sharing of information is voluntary, however, at the same time, it is crucial to sign up for higher (paid) accounts.

Postfity uses cookies and similar technologies, such as localstorage.
