Importing posts from files can help you save a lot of time. In this post, we will try to go through this process step by step. Let’s take a look.

🔶  If you go to the “create page” in the main menu, you will see the “import from file” button at the bottom. Before you click it, remember to choose accounts.

🔶  If you want to use it for specific accounts, remember to select them on the left sidebar.

🔶  After clicking the “import from file” button, the new box will be displayed. Selected accounts will be visible here:

🔶  As you can see below, there is a “choose file” button. If you click on it, the dialogue box will show up, so in this way, you can search your computer to select an appropriate file you would like to upload. Then you should confirm your choice by clicking on “import posts”.

🔶  To do that, you will need a spreadsheet file. It can be, for example, Microsoft Excel or Google Docs document. You will find specific information about how to prepare a document for importing in the photo below.

The maximum number of posts per file is 300.
