If you want to delete your account, go to the settings first. To do that log into your panel and then click on the “my account” icon in the right upper corner and choose “settings”.
Scroll down a bit, and you will see the “Remove my Postfity account” button. Click on it if you are sure that you want to delete your account.
If you click on that button, you will see the pop-up window with the question if you are sure about deleting your Postfity account permanently. We will also ask you to answer the question of why you decided to remove your account.
After you put your answer in the box, click on the “Confirm removal” button to delete your account permanently.
Remember to cancel your subscription in advance, if you have one.
