This Privacy and Cookies Policy (hereinafter: “Policy”) defines the way in which we process data, including personal data of the users of the Postfity.com website, application and services.

In order make our Privacy and Cookies Policy more accessible, we replaced the term “User” by “You” and the term “Administrator” – by “We”. The term “Services” refers to all the services available on Postfity.com.

Postfity allows our users to connect their accounts with many supported external social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google) via the API, as well as any applications developed by third parties, which Postfity does not own or control.

International Data Transfers.

Personal data may be transferred and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). The data can also be processed by entities operating outside the EEA that work for us or for one of our subcontractors. In this case, we ensure that your right to privacy is respected primarily through:

Data storage period

We store your personal data for the duration of the service agreement we have concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purposes of:

1. pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
2. performance of obligations arising from the law, in particular tax and accounting laws,
3. prevention of abuse and fraud,
4. statistical and archiving,
5. for a maximum of 10 years from the date of termination of the service agreement.
